Who we are
4brains, an independent developer (not a registered company) publishes Wacky Flyers (the game). Contact: contact@wackyflyers.com.
What the game collects
- A random player ID created on first launch. It does not identify you personally.
- Your game progress: coins, tokens, items, missions, records and the last 20 runs.
- Purchase records: the Google Play transaction identifier and product. We never receive your payment card or Google account details.
- Your age band, chosen on a neutral age screen, used only to choose the ad and recovery options that suit you.
- Technical data: your IP address is processed briefly by our hosting provider to limit abuse and is not stored with your progress.
What the game does not collect
The game does not ask for your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, location or photos, and does not use the advertising ID.
Advertising
Wacky Flyers offers optional rewarded video ads. For all players the game requests child-directed, non-personalized ads from a Google Play Families-certified provider. Ads are never required to play.
Children
The game is designed for a mixed audience that includes children. We do not use behavioral advertising or profiling, and we do not block children from playing. For players under 13 the recovery code is addressed to a parent or guardian.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play. Tokens are verified by our server against Google Play before being credited. Refunded purchases may remove the corresponding tokens.
Where data is kept
Player data is stored with Cloudflare, Inc. in the European Union. We keep it while your player ID exists and delete it on request, except purchase records we must keep for accounting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your data. Use the page below or write to contact@wackyflyers.com.
Changes
We update this page when the game changes. The date above shows the latest version.
